Susan has been a professor of nutrition at St. Lawrence College in Kingston and a guest lecturer for The Queen's University School of Business, Queen's University School of Environmental Science and George Brown College in Toronto.

Susan has competed for Team Canada 6 times both in Track and Field and Duathlon. She has competed in 2 World Championships. Most recently she placed in the top 10 in the pro division of the Ironman in Malaysia.

In July of 2005, he appeared on CBS television's Great Day San Antonio and The Trinity Broadcasting Network. In January 2006, he will be a guest on the Discovery Channel's 'Dr. Know' series discussing memory myths.

He memorized the first seven chapters of the book of Proverbs for the Christian Business Expo in 1996. However, he will be the first to tell you, "What is amazing is not that I can do these things...it is amazing that I can teach ANYONE to do these things!"
